What does flexible living mean?
Exactly what it says: you stay as long as you like, starting when you like — a few nights, a month, a quarter or a full year. No rigid annual lease, just a beautiful home for as long as you need it.
How do I book a Nestscaping home on the website?
Use the search to choose your neighbourhood, check-in and check-out dates and number of guests to see what's available — or browse the full collection in our Properties section and book the one you love.
Can I arrange a viewing before I book?
Absolutely. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a viewing — or send you a video walkthrough if you're not in Abu Dhabi yet.
If I tap 'Book now', is my reservation confirmed?
Not quite yet. Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed on the following step, and we'll email you a confirmation with all of your stay details.
When and how do I pay?
You pay securely online when you confirm your reservation. We accept Visa and Mastercard — if you'd prefer to pay by American Express or another method, just message us and we'll arrange it.
What fees will I pay?
Everything is shown transparently before you pay: the accommodation rate, a cleaning fee, VAT and the Abu Dhabi tourism fees set by the Department of Culture and Tourism. A fully-refundable security deposit is also held for the stay. Clear, honest pricing is something we care about.
