Yes — flexibility is the point. Extend from your phone in seconds, and if your plans change we’ll do our best to adjust your dates or move you to another of our homes.
There are no agency fees. A modest, refundable security deposit may apply depending on the home and length of stay, and we’ll always state it clearly before you book.
In addition to our fully furnished accommodations, we offer a range of optional services to enhance your stay, including housekeeping, laundry, and airport transfers. These services are available for an additional fee and can be conveniently booked through your Manage My Booking page.

Yes. Our apartments are family-friendly, and we can provide an extra bed or baby cot upon request (subject to a small additional charge). Simply contact our Concierge team before your arrival or at any time during your stay.
Your security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided the property has been inspected and no damage, missing items, or breaches of the house rules are identified. Refunds are processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
Yes, every apartment includes one complimentary dedicated parking space. Full parking instructions, including the location of your allocated space, will be sent to you in your pre-arrival email approximately 24 hours before check-in.
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in every apartment, making it ideal for streaming, video calls, remote working, and everyday browsing. Your Wi-Fi network name and password will be provided in your pre-arrival information and are also available inside the apartment.
All of our apartments offer convenient self check-in using secure digital smart locks. You will receive your unique access code, along with detailed check-in instructions before your arrival.
Some of our apartments are pet-friendly, subject to the individual propertys rules and prior approval. If you wish to travel with your pet, please contact our Concierge team before booking, and we will be happy to recommend a suitable property and confirm availability.
